Crassula sieberiana


Small annual herb, usually less than 6 cm, with bright green or greyish-green, succulent or fleshy leaves. Can form dense colonies. Tiny cream or pink cup-shaped four-petalled flowers arranged densely up the stem on short stems.

Roots often grow from shoots. Fleshy stems are segmented at each node.

Biology

Annual. Wetland and dry woodlands, rocky places in riparian and chenopod shrubland. Moist to wet soils and damp places, also cracks in rocks, rock pavements etc where it captures some moisture. Very drought-tolerant.
