Floating pondweed
Potamogeton tricarinatus
Long creeping aquatic to nearly 4 m long with emergent floating leaves. Thick leathery emergent leaves on long stalks are oval-shaped with 14 prominent veins. Transparent thin submerged leaves with wavy margins are narrower than the floating leaves. Flowers are brownish in dense spikes to 5 cm long.
