Leptorhynchos tetrachaetus

Wiry annual herb 5-15 cm high with much branched stems, with cottony hairs below the flowerhead. Linear leaves all the way up the stem but leafless near the flowerhead, 3-20 cm long, with longer leaves at the base. Undersurface of the leaves is cottony. Small yellow button flowers 5-10 cm in width.
