Isolepis hookeriana


Small slender tufted sedge to 12 cm high. Fine erect flower stems. True leaves reduced to sheaths at the base of the plant to 10 mm long. Flowers in cluster of 1-4 slanted oblong spikelets. Round ridged and wrinkled nut which can be black or white.
