Short-wing Saltbush
Sclerolaena brachyptera
Decumbent to procumbent annual to short-lived perennial to 20 cm high. Crowded alternate stalkless linear leaves to 15 mm. Lower fruiting perianth hemispherical, upper perianth with a broad horizontal wing with five prominent teeth or spines.
